I assume Samsung Pass / Samsung Wallet worked fine before @raspbrrylina ?
If so try clearing the apps cache and data in Settings > Apps > Samsung Pass > Clear Cache > Clear Data if necessary..
If that does not help then try deleting the app from the phone and from your MyLibrary in your Playstore to download a fresh copy.
