Poor camera quality

Hi, I've got the Samsung Galaxy S22+ and it's my understanding it's one of the newer devices. One of the reasons for my purchase is the camera condition. However it's shocking! It's very blurry and like something from a 2000s Nokia! I've tried cleaning it and it seems like it's internal inside the phone? The camera app itself also seems broken. I'm so disappointed. How can I make the quality of photos any better?

I have s21 fe new contract had send back due to camera issue like you and now my replacement is the same so I don't know what to do. I have reset camera settings , cleared cache like I was told still same issue. Hope you solve yours. It is horrible

Hi, who did you send it back to? Who your contract is with (EE, iD, Voadafone) or Samsung?

Failing this.
Back up handset and try Hard Reset.

It's just done an update and no change. It's been going on for ages

Try going into Chrome and search for Pixel Camera APK and download it. Try that camera app and see if quality the same. If it is then it's a hardware fault.

I am vodafone however I sent it back to the contract provider also have spoken to Samsung who said I could take it to there local store to look at but this is not one local to me. Your contract provider should send a replacement for a faulty phone if you have had it less then 30days. Mine now is over that but have emailed them.
