Phone stops working

Hi everyone. So i've had my s22 ultra for 3 weeks now i think and it's starting to annoy me a bit. Every now and then, the screen just freezes and it won't even let me turn off the phone. They usually last a few seconds. Yesterday, i was trying to take a video on instagram and then it suddenly froze again, but this time the screen went black and i couldn't open the phone for a good 5 minutes. I'm not sure what's happening but i've never had this problem with my s21 or any other samsung phones.

I can appreciate why you would be unimpressed at this.

Some users who used Smartswitch to transfer their info from their previous phone to the new one have experienced issues so some have factory reset and used Samsung cloud and or downloaded their apps from the Playstore and Galaxy Store individually.

Also these generic troubleshooting tips may help.
