Permissions access blocked

Im failing to get to my permissions setting . Each i click permissions the screen just closes. I have sumsung s22

Which apps are you trying to open as each apps have they own permissions settings. Have you got customize switched on, that needs to be.

I have got this app that just popped. Name PDF AI Add-on . Failing to uninstall it. Even factory reset is refusing

does it have access to device admin? as that may stop it from uninstalling

It could b that but i cant tell or know what next

search admin in settings and click it, PDF AI Add-on is enabled disable it and try and uninstall.

This is 100% Device admin issue. Some work profiles add restrictions to devices too.

I have a personal Galaxy s22 Ultra. Never had issues before (except the two s22 devices appearing in Google, but they're the same).... now suddenly, over the last few days - could be more, but just noticed - im getting things being blocked by IT Admin. Or Cannot access Work from personal app. see IT admin for your organisation.

It's my personal phone and I'm not employed! What's going on???

Sadly, I've have an S9, a Note 10+, an S22, and this will be my last samsung if this isn't resolved pronto
