Overloading the system (CPU)

Juat casually using whatsapp on my S22U and a warning message has come up. "Device care - some apps or processes are overloading the system (CPU). Your device needs to restart.

So, 2 days old. Naff audio and now the above error. Great start!!!

Im getting the same on my Galaxy S8+ which has been working perfectly up until a couple of weeks ago.

Same happens with my S8, and at the same time. It maybe has something to do with the new updates?.

You cant clear cache since the updates, although my system is freshly installed

Mine doesnt say to shut down just that it needs to close to programs. Mine says keystore2, egrep,and logd overloading cpu and need closed. Comes up about every 2hrs or so. Also my phone will not update since nov 1st it says. Goes to 25% and update is interupted. Anyone have any ideas other than sending a log for 100th time?
