I received my shiny new S22 Ultra this morning, my word it’s a big phone…….
When trying to set it up I encountered an issue where virtually all of my data has not transferred - no pictures, no videos, limited apps, no text messages etc
I tried Smart Switch as the phone directs me to do but now I’m left with a phone which I can’t really use - back to my trusty S10+ for now.
Is it possible that I need to install Android 12 on my S10 or am I just experiencing an issue with Smart Switch ?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

i would think if both phones are on same android version it would help as you can imagine. but it should still transfer what it can as is. how are you connecting the two?

Thanks for the reply, I thought as much to be honest.
Looks like full factory reset and then like you say manually re-installing all my apps from Google - I have to say it’s backwards and a pretty poor way of doing it to be honest
