I bought a refurbished S22 earlier this week. Since setting the phone up, I'm getting an error message at least daily.

Some apps or processes are overloading the system (cpu). Your device needs to restart.

What Could be causing this and is there anything I can try?

Things I have tried: Restarting multiple times. I also downloaded a CPU monitoring app, but don't know what the information means so it's sort of useless 😂

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your refurbished S22.

First, I would run a full Factory Data Reset on your device. Appreciate it is a bit of a pain but given the issues....

If that doesn't resolve your issues, I would return your device back to the retailer for replacement or refund.

You can back up the phone to Samsung cloud.

And back up your photo's to Onedrive or another vault such as Google Photo's or Dropbox etc @RJS92

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
