The OS on my phone won't allow permissions for my Nextbase 380gwx dashcam. I have ran through everything many times. I know about the slide bar to allow permissions but this is totally greyed out and cannot be toggled across. Is there anyway this can be adjusted in the phones settings. So far I've had no luck, the car dealer where I bought my new car fitted it and we tried to connect t it but I didn't have a good signal. When I returned to the dealer they had a tech guy look at it, I told him it won't connect as my OS on my phone won't give permissions. He then said, I'll order a new dashcam. I have given him the benefit of the doubt. We'll have the same problem when the new dashcam arrives next week.

@MikeWG: From what I understand you will require a companion app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, in order to connect to your Galaxy S22. This may be referenced in the device's user manual, however I recommend reaching out to Nextbase support directly to clarify which app is needed.
