Hi.
I have S22 Ultra EU Exynos version and I have massive battery drain after 2024 update. It is so large that phone is discharging even on old Samsung 5V wireless pad.
Things I tried:
- clearing cache from boot menu
- google play system update (that is Feb 24 currently)
- updating all apps
- trying different launcher that one UI
- disabling apps
There is nothing unusual to be seen in battery settings - like app that is draining too much, not even in Accu Battery app or thru console. Is there anything else to be done except for factory reset?
Thanks.

Did you restart the phone and clear phone cache

Hi @Antoan
I appreciate you have tried some troubleshooting steps including " clearing cache from boot menu "
Are you also able to try > Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
As a last resort back up and factory reset.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

Thank you guys. It was data transfer tool app that was acting weird. After disabling it, the battery drain went to normal.
