Opening my payslip

For the last few weeks I've suddenly not been able to open my wages lip.. It sent by email but I can't open it.. As I'm rubbish with computers

1) What happens when you try to open the wage slip?

2) What file format is the wage slip sent?

3) Is it only on your phone you have this issue?

It might also be beneficial to speak with your Wages Department who send the email just to ensure anything they are doing isn't causing conflict.

It's worth checking the format of the wage slip as you may need an app to open it eg if it's pdf you need a pdf reader etc but speaking to your payroll dept is a good idea as previously advised as they sometimes put restrictions on sensitive files
