App not opening on Samsung S22 Ultra phone

I downloaded this paid app, installed it on my phone and it's not opening. 
I immediately downloaded it on my partners S23ultra phone and it opened, also on my Samsung lite tablet it worked. 
This is the 2nd time this is happening, i have used both apps on the same phone at some point and it worked, but now it's not opening anymore. 
I have deleted and reinstalled, cleared cache, forced restart, restarted app preferences, all not working. 
Chatted with the Samsung customer care agent and they've suggested a master reset whc I'm not interested in doing or contact the app developer.
I'm struggling to accept that this is an app issue because this is the 2nd time different app, and both of these apps have opened on other Samsung devices.
Please Help!!!

The first app is BNF, as soon as i sign in, it closes, i opened it on my partners phone and it stayed open
Today's app is FRCA Reveal that is not opening (booting) at all after installation.
They are both medical related apps.

Thanks. I just installed both apps on my S23U to test. The first app BNF opens fine, and I'm able to look around with no crashes. Unfortunately, the second app, FRCA Reveal, I can't test properly as it wants a payment first.
With regards to the BNF app, there are a number of users who also report crashes as soon as they log in. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any response from the developers. The FRCA app also has numerous bad reviews regarding crashes and freezing when logging in. However, the developers did seem to reply, but that was back in February. They acknowledged some issues with the app and advised downloading the latest release (which you already have).
I would suggest reaching out to both app developers and await their replies. It may be that they just need to optimise their apps correctly for your particular device. Whether or not you will get a response is anyone's guess. I wouldn't go as far as a factory reset either, at least not for a couple of apps. You seem to have boxed off the troubleshooting, so I'm not sure what else to suggest. Sorry.

Thank you so much for taking out time to respond. How do i get in touch with the developers? I have sent an email to them via an email contact i found on their web page. Hopefully they respond.
I will use the FRCA reveal app on my tablet since it works there.

I'm having the same issues here. I will not be using android phones again. This is really sad

Some iPhone users are also complaining of their phones crashing, especially the recent models. Apparently, there are problems on every side. It's all about choosing the lesser evil.
