I downloaded this paid app, installed it on my phone and it's not opening. I immediately downloaded it on my partners S23ultra phone and it opened, also on my Samsung lite tablet it worked.
This is the 2nd time this is happening, i have used both apps on the same phone at some point and it worked, but now it's not opening anymore.
I have deleted and reinstalled, cleared cache, forced restart, restarted app preferences, all not working.
Chatted with the Samsung customer care agent and they've suggested a master reset whc I'm not interested in doing or contact the app developer.
I'm struggling to accept that this is an app issue because this is the 2nd time different app, and both of these apps have opened on other Samsung devices.
Please Help!!!
