Even though I'm shining through the app on Netflix, tv shows and movies are very dark. There's nothing wrong with YouTube, but I can't watch a Netflix show. I talked to Netflix and he told me it was about the device. Is anyone else having this problem?

First please make sure the Netflix app is up to date.
There's a brightness slider on the left side of the screen that appears once you've started playing something. If you slide it all the way up, does it make the screen brighter?

Netflix uygulamasını 3 farklı şekilde indirdim. (Apk, Google play, galaxy store) sonuç aynı. evet sol taraftan parlaklığı arttırdı. Ama karanlık sahnelerde şovun gelmesi neredeyse zor
Mod edit to add the English translation for folks:
"I downloaded the Netflix app in 3 different ways. (Apk, Google play, galaxy store) the result is the same. yes it increased the brightness from the left side. But in the dark scenes the show is almost hard to come by"

Same here with S22 ultra. Netflix is really dark and adjusting brightness in app doesn't really work.
I have the graphical problems in other apps too, where things are way too dark. Tjere's something wrong in S22 series.

I like the phone but it has a lot of problems. I do not want to return it because I do not want to pay 1400 euros and wait 20 days without a phone. Samsung has victimized its users a lot and I can't attribute it to it. I probably won't be buying a Samsung again. If you solve the problem please come back here.

I have the same problem. Tried everything and Netflix can't help either.

Agree, loads of issues. This Netflix brightness one is very very annoying

No issues for me with Netflix. I'd assume the other streaming apps like YouTube would use the same codec but that works fine for you?
What videos as an example?
What does your playback specification list in your Netflix app?

I am also noticing this problem. I was watching something on Netflix on my phone and decided to switch to the Netflix app on my Samsung TV. I was surprised at how much brighter the it was on TV. If I had not decided to switch viewing devices mid scene, I might not have noticed. But, it's a huge difference. My S22 Ultra is on max brightness... FYI.
