My daughter and I are having issues with our Galaxy S22 Ultras. Phones work fine on wifi but for the most part are not connecting to mobile Data. Rather than displaying our carrier in the top left hand corner it shows "No service" or "Emergency Calls Only," we can't make or receive calls or send SMS or connect to Internet via data. I've contacted the carrier several times and I've even installed new sims on each device. Phones work fine when we are in more populated areas like downtown but once we go outside these areas we lose connectivity. The issue seems to be worst at our home and anywhere we are connected to WiFi it's odd. We've tried turning off our wifi and it doesnt resolve the issue.
I'm convinced it's the phones, I have 2 other lines with the same carrier with Samsung A32s and those devices have no issues and work perfectly fine.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
Thank you!

Hey, I actually had a similar issue with my S22 Ultra a few months back. Turned out it was related to the network mode settings. Try going to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and make sure it's set to 5G/4G/3G/2G (auto connect) — sometimes it defaults weirdly and messes up signal outside strong coverage areas.
Also, double-check that Roaming is enabled, even if you're not traveling — it helped in my case for picking up the right signal in low coverage zones.
Hope this helps!
