Wifi can't connect

Hi! I managed to connect to WiFi at the hotel I my staying for the past 3 days.

But when I came back to the hotel this afternoon, I can't connect.

It keeps saying "couldn't get ip address"

I don't remember configuring any settings to my phone.

My wife managed to connect to the hotel WiFi though

Have you tried speaking to the hotel reception.

Sometimes have restrictions in place.

Also if your wife as a newer phones you could try connecting by scanning the WIFI QR code from her phone.
Also maybe try forgetting the Hotel WiFI and trying again.
