What self help troubleshooting tips have you tried thus far @TD1991  ?

Is this happening everywhere or in a particular area  ?

Are you able to try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone  ?

One tip is Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network settings.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Done the reset net work settings, switch airplane mode on and off, the sim card is working well texts and calls are great, it seems to even when i have really good 4g signal the internet on the s22 keeps disconnecting after a few minutes 🤔 i may try a few more different trys but am hoping this aint a software issue

Try perhaps choose network operator manually?

Maybe clean sim and restart...

You may just end up having to get in touch with your mobile operator who may be able to assist you

Update: Moved my sim to my s20 ultra and works, internet not disconnecting at all. So may talk to EE about a new sim card maybe 🤔

Or perhaps try like a family member or friends sim card to rule out any faults with the phone?

Have you tried placing that sim card back into your phone again to see if it still playing up?

If so perhaps go into Connections, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names, then tap menu (3 dots top right) and reset to default.

Wipe cache partition in Recovery Mode.

Or lastly...

Turn Mobile Data off.
Turn Airplane Mode on
Switch phone off
Wait 1 minute
Power phone back on
Turn Airplane Mode off.
Wait 30 secs
Then turn Mobile Data back on.

Best of luck 👍

Best to...

Switch phone off
Connect to Laptop/Pc
Let the charging thing load up first, showing percentage.
Hold Power and Volume Up key til Samsung & Galaxy logo both show up on screen
Let go of the buttons (Sometimes i hold it a few secs extra)
Recovery Mode should load up
Use Volume Up/Down keys to navigate through Menu
Tap Power key to Select any option
In this case Wipe Cache Partition,
Then Select Yes.

You can go further down the Menu to Repair apps too, entirely upto you.

I have the same phone and I'm on EE never had a problem with disconnections works great.

You shouldn't have to mess on resetting network settings, clearing cache or anything like that with a new phone, I find it crazy people even suggest it (just my opinion)

I point blank refuse to use Samsung Smart Switch, if you've used that you could take your phone back to factory settings and see how it works without transferring data from your old phone.

Personally I wouldn't bother ordering a new sim as it works in your other phone, send it back if a factory reset don't work.

The only thing i did was transfer files over which i need to at the time so maybe what ever data i had in the s20ultra doing that to this one 😅
