Hello, this issue has been going on since the 9th December.... I've even switched network from O2 to EE and little difference in signal...
Issue :
Signal appears to be working but refusing to connect and when it does it dosent work... Meaning it don't work at all no calls, no messages and no internet
Fix:
HELP!

I keep getting notifications that mobile data I not available when I'm at work. As I'm logged onto work WiFi, then I'm not too bothered.
But after digging through the ee website I found they are doing maintenance in the area.
As I'm on WiFi then notifications are a little pointless.

Yeh I thought it was the service provider so I changed and for me no difference

I have to turn airplane mode on then off again which seems to be the only quick fix for me
