Hi @mwellslondon You would need to withdraw from the Beta programme via Samsung Members. Go to Settings-One UI Beta Programme Status-Withdraw. Members can roll back to the previous software via Smart Switch,whilst some customers had an issue previously it now seems to have been resolved. However I believe that it likely would not be possible to re enter the Beta subsequently, users usually leave if they feel they are encountering too many problems.
One the previous software is reinstalled the device will be reset and all data that was generated during the Beta Program will be erased. Now all data which had been backed up before installing the beta software can be recovered, however there may be limitations in recovering data that was created after installing the beta software.
