I wonder if Samsung will follow suit on the new battery icon

Samsung should do the same I love the battery icon on the new iPhone I'm wonder if Samsung will follow suit in the next update 🤔 it needs a new battery icon on Samsung

I quite like the Android version of the battery icon
Smaller and less intrusive.

Maybe see if you can get it with themeing or something.

I'm sure some owners would like this instead of having a separate battery icon and battery % indicator @McCarthy  👍 

However personally I turn off the battery % indicator as my attention always seems to be drawn to it.

So I turn it off and just enjoy using the phone without being distracted by inadvertently watching the % indicator !

Maybe in the future Samsung will introduce a new battery icon with the additional option to turn the % indicator off and on.

Perhaps send feedback via your Samsung Members app too.

I prefer smaller icons too and Whilst some things on Samsung and Apple phones may be similar  need to be distinctive. in this regard though view will differ, a theme may provide a solution at the moment.
