Are you using a Samsung Service Centre @DarksideofTheGalaxy or sending it to Samsung ?
Yhe timeframe can be affected by the time it takes to reach Samsung, parts availability and the work the engineers have to do before starting on your repair.
If you take it to a Samsung Service Centre then the people there will try to advise how long.
Samsung do try to be as fast as possible.

Samsung would need to have hands on to determine whether this is covered under the 2 year Manufacturing Warranty or is accidental damage which would mean a fee would be charged @JOEFC
