I just recently started a new YouTube channel and I want to get the S22 ultra for review.

How can I get a S22 for a review?

When your following increases i.e subscribers to your channel then I would suggest to contact Samsung Marketing / Samsung Public Relations to put your channel forward.

See if you can get yourself invited to Samsung events ( when Covid Restrictions. allow )

Please take into consideration that the review units are not free as they typically have to be returned to Samsung.

If you wish to try out a Samsung Galaxy s²² Series phone then in most regions Samsung allow a returns period to acquire a full refund. 

i.e Samsung UK provide 21 days.

This is very easy. You simply sell your soul to the devil, pray to all the gods, make a wish at midnight in the middle of a fairy ring and finally ask the universe for your hopes and dreams to be made real. - Then, and only then will you be granted a review s22. (and then you wake up and realise it's all been a dream)! 😂😂😂
