I need help! I need a MCK code for my S22 however, when I contact AT&T for it, they seem to have no clue what I'm speaking about and they tell me that Samsung has to provide it. When I contact Samsung they tell me that AT&T provides it.
I am beyond frustrated with the back and forth.
Can anyone assist?

Hi @Sam901
Assuming the Network supplied the phone as part of a contract it's them that need to provide support to you.
Samsung wouldn't usually be able to help with a network supplied / locked to a network phone.
This is to protect the phone.
I've a feeling who you've spoken to at your Network are not getting or understanding this situation so you may need to escalate this to their complaints department.
I wish you all the best.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
