Health not syncing to Cloud

Hi

I recently bought a Samsung Watch 8 and the health data is correctly syncing to the phone. However since then the phone will not sync the data to the Cloud. I've tried all the usual options of deleting cache of the app and the wearable app but it won't work.

The last sync was 17 September. Any assistance you could give would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Simon

I'm experiencing the exact same thing. Toggling different sync options, trying different wifi networks, rebooting or anything else you have also tried, does not resolve the issue.

I have Samsung Health on two Galaxy devices (S25 Ultra and S20 edge) and neither one does not sync. It's just stuck on the "Syncing... Tap here to stop syncing." dialogue. And if I try to sync from the Samsung Health main screen (by scrolling up) it just gets stuck with text "Syncing... This might take a while."

I'm also experiencing this issue. My data hasn't been synced since the 20th of September 2025. This was before the One UI 8 update. It was working fine and just stopped suddenly.

I have found a solution to this issue. So after doing some testing, it will "sync" your data forever unless you ensure you have "Consent to the processing of health and wellness data" and "Consent to the processing of cycle tracking data" enabled in your Samsung Health settings, else you will get a sync loop. So I was having this issue after the 20th of September, and I've lost all of my Samsung Health data because I removed my account to see if that was the problem. Although my data is lost, thankfully, this solves the problem. Also, if you have data and you want it to sync away from WiFi, ensure WiFi and data are selected.

Hope this helps :smiling-face:

Thank you so much! I set up my new Fold 7 and I could not get it to sync my old data. "Consent to the processing of health and wellness data" did the trick for me. Thank you so much!
