Health not syncing to Cloud

Hi

I recently bought a Samsung Watch 8 and the health data is correctly syncing to the phone. However since then the phone will not sync the data to the Cloud. I've tried all the usual options of deleting cache of the app and the wearable app but it won't work. 

The last sync was 17 September. Any assistance you could give would be much appreciated.

Cloud as in the one provided by Samsung? Is there a message when you try to sync

Thank you yes it's Samsung Cloud it says syncing as attached but continues like that for over an hour and doesn't complete8Ng5bmu6Vd.jpg

Is everything else syncing OK? Have you restarted the phone

Does it work if you change it to use wifi and mobile data?

Unfortunately there's no change. I've tried turning off WiFi and seeing if it syncs through mobile data but that also won't work

And you're logged in the Samsung account

Yes and I've also tried logging out of the account and logging back in after a restart. This also doesn't fix it
