Free chromebook

How do I claim my free chromebook, I bought it from sky and they don't give an invoice number so the process can't move forwards. I am trying to avoid ringing Samsung as it rook ages and the instructions weren't very clear!!

Hi there, @jayjay101. If you ordered one of the qualifying devices for the Free Chromebook promotion, you can claim your free gift here:

You will need to provide proof of purchase, so you can request this from Sky. 

You can use any formal documentation provided by Sky after purchasing your qualifying Galaxy S21 FE or any Galaxy S22, so long as this clearly shows the following information:

• Product purchased
• Retailer name/logo
• Date of purchase

At the bottom right corner of your confirmation email from sky there is a number starting with mob that's what you use
