Hi everyone. I just got my s22 ultra today and i tried to claim my disney+ but it won't work. I registered and everything and then i didn't get the unique code. When i tried to register again, iit said imei is already used. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help please?

I've been waiting for an email code for 2 months now. I've contacted support numerous times and no help - 'they are looking into it'. 

Basically what seems to have happened with this offer - is that the website had an issue/glitch and allowed anyone to steal the disney codes. 

Which all seemed to now be selling on sites (as seen on hotukdeals), whereby anyone can purchase them.

I love the phone, the headphones were easy to get - but this offer has been a complete mess.

Its the offer of Disney+ that was the extra bit and why i upgraded - i probably should have just stuck with my s20.

Same problem for me I bought a Z flip3 5G direct from Samsung and they sent an email advertising I can pick up a 6 month subscription to Disney+ with a Boost offer. Contacted support  who promised a response within 24-48hrs as my imei number is just declined, made me try MS Edge, Samsung and Chrome browsers, on both phone and PC to sign up and nothing works. It tells me to look at other offers I can sign up for and Disney+ is the second option! Tried again after 5 days and again 11 days after and support just say to wait for promotions team to get in touch. Very frustrating process, feels like a wind up and very difficult to recommend Samsung to friends or family with this level of support.

I was to get 6 months free disney. I ordered at the end of May but am not seeing any code. Is there a contact email address?

hey are you all still having problems getting your Disney Codes @nairski @Members_gcr3SAW @PJ65  looks like the site got updated and now it works for me

Thanks Luke1001, it generated a code.

I have to wait until July 30th to use.. 

As kids wanted disney so paid for a couple of months until sorted.

If others generating make sure your disney subs have finished. As it does NOT work on the disney side until account subs finished.

You can still generate code and keep until then.

this is a joke , i went through the procedure and it came to a page asking for  card details , i figured it was so they could charge me after the free period so i filled it in , it then took me to a subscription page so i clicked "subscribe " it then charged me £7.99 and then went back to the subscribe page . thinking this would reimburse me , i clicked it again and it charged me again , fortunately i could decline both payments in my banking app . a complete farce and i am not getting anywhere with the free earbuds . 

i don't think i will be going with samsung again !

They don't explain it very well - if you're going to have to wait days/weeks to get a code via email then it should say that rather than the very 'simple'  just log into your Samsung account and click to redeem offer then log onto Disney+ and enter the code - I was expecting the code to be displayed on my screen when logged into Samsung.

There is zero feedback after clicking redeem, is there supposed to be a "you claimed" message or any feedback to know if its even applied for a code correctly?
