Hello Samsung Community,
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung S22 Ultra where I keep losing my mobile network connection most of the time. I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps without any success. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what I’ve done so far:
1. My device is updated to the latest software version.
2. I’ve tested multiple SIM cards from different network providers while traveling across different countries. All SIM cards work perfectly on other phones (including an iPhone), but the S22 Ultra fails to maintain a connection.
3. I’ve tried switching between both SIM slots, using a new SIM card, and even using an eSIM. The issue persists across all configurations.
4. I’ve toggled Airplane Mode, performed a network reset, and manually selected network operators. Nothing helped.
5. The SIM status shows Signal Strength: -55 dBm / Mobile Network State: Disconnected most of the time, even when I’m in areas with strong coverage.
6. I’ve confirmed that the issue isn’t related to specific locations. The iPhone works flawlessly in the same areas with the same providers, while my S22 Ultra stays disconnected.
It seems this is an updates issue specific to the S22 Ultra. I kindly request Samsung to investigate this issue and provide a solution, as it significantly affects my ability to use my phone for calls and data.
Looking forward to your support.
Thank you

Hello @A7madjamal and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
This is a user to user help and discussion forum and not a route to customer services so I'd suggest to sendvthis as feedback via your Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse as suggested by @Tourbillon De La Vie ❤️
A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store can assess your phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Sorry to hear of your issues. As your device is out of warranty, you'll need to contact Samsung Customer Services to book a chargeable repair.
If you live near to a Samsung Experience Store such as the one at Kings Cross in London, you may be able to take your device in and get an engineer to look at it for you.

I can see this issue with all of us not only me , so it needs to be raised to Samsung, some of our colleagues here asking me to approach customer care and paid for something wrong with their updates

the phone itself has 1 physical sim slot for the card and then it was esim (only 1 e sim can be activated at a time) so effectively it has 2 sim or dual connection capability
