Hello Samsung Community,
I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung S22 Ultra where I keep losing my mobile network connection most of the time. I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps without any success. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what I’ve done so far:
1. My device is updated to the latest software version.
2. I’ve tested multiple SIM cards from different network providers while traveling across different countries. All SIM cards work perfectly on other phones (including an iPhone), but the S22 Ultra fails to maintain a connection.
3. I’ve tried switching between both SIM slots, using a new SIM card, and even using an eSIM. The issue persists across all configurations.
4. I’ve toggled Airplane Mode, performed a network reset, and manually selected network operators. Nothing helped.
5. The SIM status shows Signal Strength: -55 dBm / Mobile Network State: Disconnected most of the time, even when I’m in areas with strong coverage.
6. I’ve confirmed that the issue isn’t related to specific locations. The iPhone works flawlessly in the same areas with the same providers, while my S22 Ultra stays disconnected.
It seems this is an updates issue specific to the S22 Ultra. I kindly request Samsung to investigate this issue and provide a solution, as it significantly affects my ability to use my phone for calls and data.
Looking forward to your support.
Thank you
