Following up on previous post about 6.1 samsung update that totally bricked the s22 sending it into a boot loop even after different levels of reset including final factory reset?

Phone useless. Out of warranty but still in O2 contract, but O2 won't accept phone or support. In UK. Would love to know if anyone had any luck with samsung?
Thank you!

So I've contacted Samsung, my phone seemingly still works for now but I have had it boot loop on me for a while twice so far.

Once its on I've kept both my wifi and Bluetooth off and uninstalled samsung health. Whatever was causing the random crashes seems to have stopped but there is no denying something with 6.1 has caused this as I didn't have a single issue before.

Both samsung employees I spoke to (both the Stratford London and general tech support line) claimed they had never heard of this issue. Which could be true but this is from the same company that got an employee to take a box cutter to a TV when called on a warranty claim so I also have my doubts.

I for one will never buy a single Samsung product again and am just hoping the 7.0 update in Febuary will solve these issues.

Been to samsung recommended tech support today and they wanted to charge me £350 for a repair saying it needed a new motherboard... I refused, they told me that they have repeatedly heard these issues and to keep on it with complaining to samsung. So I have raised a formal complaint and requested a repair. Samsung online tech support have opened complaint, have a call back Monday, will update!
