Hi I've been using Samsung phones for ages and I've never experienced such a failure in a phone like on S22 ultra it is a shame to pay a lot of money for a gadget and it keeps on crushing many times during the day, still slow and I don't understand how can youtubers keep on saying good things about this phone... it is just a big failure and very disappointing 😞 πŸ˜• πŸ˜” πŸ˜ͺ πŸ’” πŸ˜’

It does appear some owners have been experiencing some issues @JorgeMenezes12 

But not everyone is including me so it's reasonable the YouTube Creators videos you've viewed are not experiencing the issues you are.

If you perform a forum search you'll find existing threads that may hold tips and advice. 

Some who used Smartswitch to transfer their info from their old phone to the new phone are experiencing some issues.

Some have factory reset and then downloaded their apps via their MyLibrary in the Playstore and from the Samsung Galaxy Store and found that helped.

Personally I only use my back up from Samsung Cloud.

It is encouraged to send feedback and any relevant error reports to Samsung via the Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section.

The newest April update has just been pushed out so when it becomes available in your region and shows in your phone's software update section,  please do download it.

Also please ensure all your apps are updated.

Here are some generic troubleshooting tips that may help.

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues. 

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode. 

> Back up and factory reset.

I agree, I'm also seriously underwhelmed by the 22+. The S20 it was to replace received the OneUI 4.1 update on Wednesday & I've got to say the S20 looks and performs alot better than the 22+; infact in comparison then the S22 looks and acts like the more dated handset - even after the 1.3gb S22 April firmware update.

So I'm going back to the S20 5G (i will treat it to a shiny new case and screen protector πŸ™‚) and the 22+ is being returned as I cannot justify spending Β£1k on an handset and technology that has effectively gone backwards.
The S22 has got to be the worst thought out release - technology going backwards, disappointing, and let's not get started on the whole pre-order fiasco and customer service issues. Just hoping the refund doesn't take the same length of time as it took to get the handset.

Unfortunately I cannot return my one because I committed mistake to pre order it and now it is more than a month since I did it.

My S10 plus with one ui 4.1 is way better than s22 line-up which I don't understand looks like samsung doesn't test their phones before selling them
