I am using S22 Ultra as my phone but the Dexcom G6 app on my S22 Ultra just tells me its not tested and is incompatible! So I tried the "go around " posted here using a compatible Android device and smart switch but have the same problem despite the transfer going smoothly. Basically I do not seem to be able to use Dexcom G6 with my S22Ultra (

Will this also work for Samsung S21 FE 5g?
Thanks for any help.

As a heads-up for everyone, if your Dexcom/Libre/Omnipod isn't working, then I'd advise getting in touch with the developers themselves. They should be working on updates for the apps and will be able to give you a timeframe.

Thanks Danny. I have tried talking to Dexcom and they are aware. I don't think Dexcom is as innovative as some of the people that post here.

I'm following your steps fully and it just says that the S22 isn't compatible and wont open the app other then to say that. It wont give a place to put in the codes for transmitter or that. I want to be able to use my dexcom app not just my TSlim pump as my mom uses the follow app to keep an eye on if my sugars are going to low or too high. I live alone and its safest for me to have that so I need to be able to use the app.

I recently had a problem synching the G6 and my phone, Samsung S21 FE. I talk to Dexcom administrative offices and lo and behold. Two days later I was able to sync my phone with the G6. Maybe their IT Dept hasn't caught up. It a shame as the S22 has been out for about a year. I believe Dexcom may be starting to realize how important the phones are.
