Unfortunately ive had some dead pixels come up on my phone... Will this be covered by warranty and what's the process for getting this repaired? Do Samsung usually replace the whole phone or just repair the screen?

Also if I'm on the One UI 5 Beta does that invalidate my warranty?

That might be a stuck pixel rather than dead. Check play store for some apps that can help with the issue. And, if it turns out that it is a dead pixel then that should be covered by warranty, with some proviso. Contact Samsung support via Members app for further help

Is that a crack in your screen?

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

Hi, try this website from your browser to see if it's stuck pixels.

I'm afraid that could work only on LCD, not AMOLED display.

@JimmyAmigo please apply warranty. The beta should not be an aissue if you installed it regullarly, not via Odin etc.

@JimmyAmigo

Try launching your phone app and in the keypad dialer key in *#0*# and cycle through the colour test panels a few time's to see if that helps.

I wish you all the best.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
