So ive had my samsung s22 for nearly more than a year. Recently i have felt a current in my phone twice at 2 seperate occasions. I just wanted to know if this is normal and what is the solution to this problem. I mean i know its not normal but i should i take my phone to a samsung store even though i bought my phone from somewhere else?

At once. No.two ways about it.

Unless it's static electricity and it happens when you are wearing a particular clothing.

In what do you mean by current, was it a faint vibration you get by picking up the device from time to time. That's normal if you have the vibration mode on.

No no. It was like a proper current from the charging port.

The pins within your charging port are too deep for a human finger to touch, you'd need to stick a needle into it to actually touch anything electric. And even if you did, the usb port only outputs 5v, that's not enough power to give you a shock with normal non wet skin. It shouldn't be possible to get a shock from the phone so decent chance it was just static from your clothes that zapped to your phone's metal body.

Ofcourse yeah by charging port i didnt mean that by actually physically sticking your finger in. The current just came from that part of the phone when i held it.

Got ya, will just be the metal phone housing either being somewhere for your static to discharge. Might also just be the metal being quite cold or hot and that causing a strange feeling
