Contacts - Notes Dissappearing

In the phones contacts there are many options one of which is "notes". For years i have used notes to write down things important to the contact. For example the plumbers contact has info about the date and work he did in the bathroom and £price. Over the years these notes have been deleting themselves. I know this because of any contact has a note is save the contact with an "SN". Many notes have now gone with important information lost. There is something seriously wrong with Samsung's Contact application.

Has anyone else noticed contacts loosing information?

Over the years, how did you transfer contacts info from phone to phone

I too also create similar notes however they haven't been lost.  🤔

Personally I back up all my data using Samsung Cloud.
