I have Outlook on both my desktop (Windows 10) and my laptop (Windows 11), smart switch works on the laptop (can sync contacts, calendar and notes), but can't sync anything on my desktop. I have tried reinstalling smart switch on both PC and phone. I am running version 4.3.22083_3 on both machines.

It still doesn't work, still getting the message: The folder information cannot be retrieved due to a problem in outlook. Check the program and try again. I have reinstalled my entire office suite. Running version 2209 (Build 15629.20058) on both machines. Works ONLY on laptop, with windows 11
