Hello @AlyAtk and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 🎄
I appreciate you've tried " phone shops " however best practice would be a Samsung Service Centre https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
If the below does not help then please consider a Samsung Service Centre and or send feedback via your Samsung Members App.
Here's a help link from Samsung that may also help > https://www.samsung.com/my/support/mobile-devices/why-i-cant-hear-anything-when-making-calls.
Do please double check all the relevant settings in your Sound and Vibrations settings.
You can also check sounds in the individual phone's settings.
i.e Notifications.
Long hold on the messaging app your not hearing anything for, and tap on i then Notifications, Notification Catagories, New messages , choose a different tone i.e one that was pre downloaded into the phone by Samsung.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
