Theres a reset all settings option if thats what you're after
Settings >general management >reset >reset all settings
There's also reset app preferences
Settings>apps. Tap 3 dots top rh corner. Tap Reset app preferences
There's a ' Repair apps' option in the recovery menu but word is that doesn't work anymore.

Still haven't found out how, and still have to clear cache one app at a time.
