So my usb-c earphones work fine, the phone was charging and worked fine, but when I shut it off it came up with a "moisture detection" error... The phone hasn't been anywhere near water and the port recently cleaned.
It's strange how it appears once the phone is off... is it a software bug? I'm new to samsung, hope this can be fixed.

Hi, and welcome to the community
Please try hard reset
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.
