(Galaxy S22) Crackling speaker when I play music or videos

Hi,I've recently noticed that my speaker is crackling when I play music & videos,but not when I receive phone calls.Yet I can't seem to find anywhere on here to book a repair for said problem! Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance, Macky.

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Hi,thanks for your reply! I downloaded a different music player & it seems to have stopped(I was using the Samsung music app) would like to know if anyone else has been having the same problem.... Again,thanks so much I couldn't find the link 😆Have a great day....
