I unpaired my beatbuds as they weren't connecting, I'm trying to Bluetooth again but no luck 
Please help 🙏

Are they definitely in pairing mode ?

They did previously, paired first time when purchased
How do I know if they're in pairing mode?

So when you look in your Bluetooth menu by long pressing on Bluetooth in your drop down notification shade the buds do not show as a paired device. 

May I assume there were instructions with the buds to demonstrate how to pair them. 

I can see via a Google Search that there are instructional pages about this. 

Buds can normally be reset which is sometimes achieved by putting the buds back in the case and pressing the system button for 15 seconds until the light flashes red.

😫😫😫 so my box doesn't have a button to press or reset, it's on the buds themselves
I've been pressing a few times and still no connection 😕
