Is the Samsung company not responsible for the product it sold to us, stopping the production of gear 360 is the reason that someone who bought this product before cannot use it, this behavior is completely irresponsible, there is no way to connect to the gear 360 Android app Out of date, I tested the Windows program, it is out of date, is there any way to track this problem?

The Gear 360 is an old device now. Think if I'm correct, the 360 App support was finally stopped back in 2020.
As products get older, parts and software compatibility becomes harder to do.
Things like newer Android security features that won't work with older security certificates etc
Everything technology wise has a shelf life, and eventually becomes out of date.
That said I have seen some that have side loaded APK apps that still have some usability. But not sure if it works for everyone. Or indeed if they work with the latest Android platform.
Some have got cheap older phones that are on the older Android versions that work.
