Can't Make Video Recordings

Hello guys, 

I need help with my phone. Any time I tried making video recordings, or change my ring tones, it keeps saying "can't record on a call". But I am not on any call.

What could be wrong? Please help.

Hi @Seun. Please provide the steps you're taking when you see this message and I can take a look into this.

I don't know what step to take. I have checked, I don't seem to know why it keeps saying am on a call.

@Seun: That is strange. If you tap the Recents button in your navigation bar (3 vertical lines), and select 'Clear all', then reopen the Camera app, does the issue persist? If so, try restarting your phone, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary software issues.

@AndrewL Thank you. It is working fine now. I did a restart of the phone. Apparently, I had a software update recently, that could have been the cause.
