I'm trying to buy Samsung Care for my S22u I purchased from Currys in the UK a couple of weeks ago. When I enter my IMEI or serial number,it says "IMEI or Serial number you've entered is not available in this country. Please check again." Not sure how this can be as I bought it direct from Currys in the UK?
I'm in the same boat can't buy Samsung care plus insurance for a brand new handset these are sort of problems why people should just go to iPhone you don't get these issues so sad because Samsung have the better product.
Soon what happened I bought just recently a tab s9 ultra from amazon and had the same issue, even though the back has it engraved or printed in white eu,uk model. And yet none knows what model it really is so sent it back for a refund.
