Hey there and welcome to the Forum.

What devices are you getting to connect? S22 Series phone and......

Are you sure it is the phone and not the other device that is having issues? Have you tried to connect it to another phone and if so, is it working fine there?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I have connected a speaker, earbuds and smart watch to the phone. All three devices were connected to my S20 with no problem.

Its an anker soundcore speaker that works if the phone is less than 10cm away.

Earbuds are Mpow m12 that keep cutting in and out.

Smartwatch is a garmin vivoactive 3 that connects for about 2 mins and then disconnects itself and needs to be reconnected manually

@JoeWoo please try this troubleshooting step.

> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

You can run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App and send feedback also via your Samsung Members App.

Please would you let us know how you get on.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

It's possible some of the disconnections are due to the app or apps used to connect the devices. If you use a Garmin app , you'd need to exclude this from any battery optimisation. The same would apply to any music app used to stream or play music to the earbuds
