got 5g signal but no internet?

been usingmy s22 ultra for nearly 2 years now. however, recently no internet despite the 5g signal, though it can call and text. changed my sim card, downloaded settings, cleared and reset my network settings, still no internet. Inserted the same sim to my old S20 ultra and I was able to access internet. so what's wrong with my s22 ultra?

Hay there and welcome to the Forum.

Have you checked your settings to ensure 5g is turned on?

Settings
Connections
Mobile Networks
Network Mode

Ensure 5g/4g/LTE/3g/2g is showing.

The new update has been a proper shambles. I have so many issues. I have charging problems like over 3 hours to charge at the moment Plus 5g started playing up whilst out earlier. I had to restart the phone twice to get it working again

yes, it is on. my signal bars show 5g but nothing loads up

Like I say, the update has not worked for so many people its like they sent out the beta version

Can you try the step of inserting your sim card into the alternative sim slot @earvdee 

Also try running the phone's Diagnostic Tool in your Samsung Members App. 

Samsung can be sent feedback via your Samsung Members App for them to check this out. 

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre may have to assess your phone.

I updated my phone ultra 22 with latest Samsung update it has affected my phone I cannot call, unstable network and calls it it has rendered my phone useless please
