Can you try Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If that does not help then try a factory reset after backing up @Rakiicii

A Samsung Service Centre can check out the phone.

I've not experienced this on my phone.

I wish you all the best.  :smiling-face:

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I had the same issue today, I was unabke to touch the buttons on screen and blue distorted square box flickered on my screen and gone after some seconds later. Then the Dolby Atmos got bugged out from quick panel (it was not disabling when I touch remaining enabled and when hold the button and turn it off from sound effects, it then disabled. But quick panel showed enabled status somehow). I assume this is software bug related to OneUI
