I installed the Android 13 and One UI 5 update the other day and now I have an issue with audio and video playback.
I've noticed it's even I try to change the volume while sound is playing, whether it's a video, music, a ringtone in the settings, literally any sound. The sound playing plays in like 1 second blasts. It's hard to explain but it's like a every second, on the second it plays a few milliseconds of sound, like it's skipping.
This has basically made my phone unusable for media. Anyone else experienced this or know what is causing it? I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

I have recently updated my phone and having this exact issue including when sending snapchats (the receiver experiences the sound issue on the snap). If I receive a call on the car Bluetooth it stays connected as a call and I cannot listen to anything after that theough the cars system until the car has been turned off and restarted. It has been intermittent on my phone though so not sure what the link is yet.

I have solved mine albeit temporarily. My issue was somehow tied between my google nest doorbell, my samsung 4 watch and obviously the sound and volume issue on s22 ultra. I was able to track it back to when google had had a firmware update 2-3 weeks ago. I spent hours on chats to Samsung and Google but found it difficult to get a solution. But each chat led me to try something different like turn watch off etc. Then I was able to see my issue started when I viewed live video on google doorbell. To reset I would force stop google home app by clicking "i" on app and then force stop. Soon as I accessed doorbell video again issues retuned. It affected, watch, phone, android auto. Then I cam across post about a public preview for google home. I requested this and a day later got accepted and problem is completely gone. How?, I have no idea but I'm suggesting my issue was related to google home update a few weeks back. Who's problem is it now no idea but Samsung technical support has requested some information. This might not be eceryones solution but I'd be interested going forward if this helps.

Thanks. I have checked and this appears to be the solution to my issue for the sound bursts. I will have to check if this solves the Bluetooth in the car issue also but thank you for supplying this as a possible solution.

yes... same audio delay problem with my Note 10 lite. exactly after Android 13 update. infact the new minor update couldn't fix the issue. happening with Bluetooth devices only. need to disconnect and reconnect again to solve the problem for a while but again aftr sometime it happens. Samsung need to have a look into it.....

Did you find any solution then?

nah man... no solution, I have used numerous audio devices, different Bluetooth headset. aftr a while all of them face audio delay. I just disconnect and reconnect again. it solves the problem but .. again aftr few hours same story repeats
