My son has a Galaxy S22 Plus which was working fine on the 3UK network up until we returned from our holiday in Europe on 24th August.
Since then, he's been unable to connect to the 3UK network with the device.
- his 3UK SIM works fine in other mobile devices
- I've tried an O2 SIM in his S22, and that also registers absolutely fine
- I've tried 3 other 3UK SIMs in the S22, and all of them fail to register on the network (showing 'emergency calls only')
- the network list (in manual operation) shows only "Vodafone / EE / O2-UK" as the available networks. No 3UK anywhere.
Whilst on holiday, he did download an eSIM from Holafly on his device, but this has since expired.
We've done a factory reset on the device. Problem is still there.
3UK have confirmed that the IMEI is not blacklisted on their systems.
I'm at a loss as to what has caused this. It was working fine for nearly a year up until 1 week ago. All help and suggestions gratefully received.

If you haven't already can you delete the eSim from the phone too @Foxholes via the Sim Manager section.
A Factory Reset is the deepest troubleshooting step a person can undergo.
Still do go into Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections.
You could also ask a question direct to Samsung via your Samsung Members App.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
