Hello,

Since yesterday evening I am facing issues with internet connection.

Network keeps on lagging, works for a few seconds and then stops.

Mobile data is not working at all, though it is showing good connection.

I already tried to reset data and network settings, didn't help. Nor reseting the phone.

Hello @Members_rNatDA1 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

Can you eject the sim card and wipe the chip with a soft microfiber cloth, and resit it back into the phone, and then see what happens.

If you have a duel sim phone model perhaps try the sim in the alternative sim slot.

You could also try >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

And

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

There is a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Please perform a Reset Network Settings on your device.

You won't lose data but you will need to re-enter your WiFi passwords for home broadband.
