Did you attempt any troubleshooting? Restart the phone, re-sit the sim

@jockman Is nothing identified in the Diagnostics- Samsung Members-Support-Diagnostics. Another idea is to reset the Mobile Connection,go to Settings-General Management-Reset-Reset Mobile Network Settings. Are you able to try another sim if restarting/reinserting sim and other Troubleshooting makes no difference, you may need to contact your Network in case any issues at their end.
