WIFI/Bluetooth connection problems

I'm having a real problem with my phone disconnecting from WIFI unexpectedly .When I go in and manually connect it it knocks bluetooth off. I've tried all the troubleshooting advice but nothing has sorted it. I watch one YouTube video which set if I access WIFI settings I am able to see the apps which are turning the WIFI on and off and if there is an app there to delete it. There is an app there its the multicontrol app. Knocked it off and the app remains and the problem still is happening- Has anybody got any advise on how to resolve the issue? With Thanks Mia

I have same issue just after wifi knocks off when i try to switch it on phone just restarts, and has boot loops.
